Bogeyracing is building a Race Taxi for the Summer 2008 to use on race track's mainly in Finland. It is going to be a commercial car and will be used to give rides to whoever wants to enjoy a exciting ride on track day events.
The basis for the Race Taxi is a Volkswagen Transporter 80-92, the last of the rear wheel drive ones. We will do a turbocharged Subaru conversion, and modify the suspension and brakes to cope with track day abuse. The car will also be lightened and equipped with a FIA approved roll cage and six racing seats. The Race Taxi will be street legal.
